1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NETRADIO.PRO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

NETRADIO.PRO provides a cloud-based Digital Media Operating System, including but not limited to live streaming, cloud playout, media library management, scheduling, and logging modules (the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify NETRADIO.PRO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Broadcast copyrighted music or content without proper licensing.
• Transmit hate speech, harassment, or illegal material.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's servers or networks.
• Use the Service to stream live events that promote violence or illegal acts.

NETRADIO.PRO reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy immediately without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The NETRADIO.PRO logo, code, design, and interface are the exclusive property of NETRADIO.PRO. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Users retain full rights to the audio content (tracks, recordings, podcasts) they upload to their media libraries.

6. Billing, Payments & Refunds

• Monthly Plans: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time via your control panel.
• Annual Plans: Billed upfront for 12 months. Discounts are applied at checkout.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After 14 days, all fees are non-refundable.
• Local Currency: While prices are listed in USD, we accept Malawi Kwacha (MWK) payments via bank transfer, Airtel Money, or Mpamba at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of invoicing.

7. Cancellation & Data Retention

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your media library and playout schedules will be deactivated immediately. NETRADIO.PRO retains the right to delete stored data after a 30-day grace period from the date of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

NETRADIO.PRO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or broadcast interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

While we strive for 99.98% uptime, we do not guarantee 100% continuous availability. We are not responsible for third-party internet outages or station listener retention.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NETRADIO.PRO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
